About Dr. Maliheh Hakakzadeh
Dr. Maliheh Hakakzadeh holds professional qualifications as an otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon in Iran, and a naturopathic doctor in Canada. Her professional journey combines extensive medical experience, advanced aesthetic training, and a comprehensive naturopathic approach to patient care.
After graduating as an ENT specialist in 2000, she pursued further certification as a rhinologist and facial plastic surgeon in 2004. Her professional development has included observational experience in distinguished medical institutions across the United States, Romania, and Singapore.
Medical Background & Clinical Experience
For more than 14 years, Dr. Hakakzadeh worked in both public healthcare and private clinical settings in Iran. During this time, she developed extensive experience in patient care, clinical assessment, surgical practice, and multidisciplinary healthcare.
She also actively contributed to the American Academy of Otolaryngology for over a decade, further strengthening her professional development and international clinical perspective.
Medical Aesthetics Experience
In 2015, Dr. Hakakzadeh completed specialized coursework in Medical Aesthetics at Langara College in Vancouver, Canada. From 2016 to 2018, she further expanded her clinical experience through active involvement in a skincare clinic.
During this period, under the supervision of a qualified physician, her responsibilities included assisting with facial fillers, Botox injections, Belkyra procedures, and treatments using Venus Viva and Venus Legacy technologies.
Naturopathic Medical Education
In 2019, Dr. Hakakzadeh began the Naturopathic Medicine program at the Boucher Campus of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, a post-graduate level program focused on integrative and whole-person healthcare.
This comprehensive training included specialized areas such as IV therapy, cosmetic injections, acupuncture, medical herbal prescriptions, nutrition, exercise therapy, physical medicine, and homeopathic remedies.
